Delete your Pupful account
Effective 7 November 2026.
In Pupful, open Settings, then your account, and choose delete account. You can also request deletion by emailing support@beboredapp.com, even if you no longer have the app installed. Use the subject Delete my Pupful account and send from the email connected to your account if you have one.
If you used a guest account, tell us that in your request. We may need information from the app to locate your guest identity and verify ownership. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment card details.
Deleting Pupful removes its community profile, preferences, practice history and associated social data from the active database. It disconnects its notification endpoints. Your bebored membership and data remain if you have them. The shared sign-in identity is removed only when no active membership remains; this external cleanup can take longer and is retried if a provider is unavailable.
Tell us explicitly if you want both Pupful and bebored deleted. We will confirm the scope before removing data from both services.
We retain limited deletion-operation and security records as described in the privacy policy. Pupful currently has no in-app purchases. Backup copies are not erased immediately. See the privacy policy for retention details.
You can request a copy of your data using download my data in the account settings, or by emailing us. We respond to rights requests within the applicable legal time limit.

Moving from Bebored or Doggo Zen
Pupful replaces the Bebored native app and continues the existing Doggo community. The app is free and welcomes queer people, hood or no hood.
Your private Bebored practice history is copied once when you move to Pupful. The original stays on beboredapp.com, and progress in the two communities is separate afterward. Social notes and interactions stay in their original community. Existing Bebored purchases remain valid on the web; use the same saved email account or contact support for help.
If you have the separate Doggo Zen app, save your account with an email code in Settings before moving. Sign in to Pupful with that email to keep your pup profile and saved practice. Keep the old app until you have confirmed everything is there.
