how can we help?

Bebored now lives in your phone’s browser. The native app is becoming Pupful. Existing Bebored purchases remain valid on the web; sign in with the same saved account, or contact us for help recovering access.

pick your enquiry type and fill it in — we’ll open your email app with everything ready to send to support@beboredapp.com.

want to delete your account?

in-app: open settings in the app and choose to delete your account. this removes your account and primary data immediately, whether you are a guest or saved an email.
by web request: email support@beboredapp.com or use the form, choosing “delete my account or data”. if you saved an account, write from that email address.
what we delete: your guest identity or account (email), your pal and its name, progress, boredom pass record, blocks and reactions. notes you left are removed or detached from your pal.
what we retain, and for how long: logs and backups required for security and compliance are purged within 90 days. purchase records stay with apple or google under their policies.
timing: we process requests within 30 days — usually much faster.

someone bothering you?

in-app: tap the person’s pal and choose block or report. blocking is immediate; you will not be put in a room with them again.
here: pick “report a person or a name” above and tell us the pal’s name and roughly when it happened.
